How did we end up with such an awesome Gigi? The recipe, btw, is one from Sunset magazine - maybe my favorite Sunset recipe ever (I know it was my favorite issue in the recipe department). It's got chicken, potatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, white wine, chicken stock, lemon and parsley. Where the recipe says "lemon juice to taste," just add every last drop you were able to squeeze from the lemon. Soooo good!
